The Pachamama Gravel Rides are a series of absolutely unique gravel rides, with the purpose to inspire and challenge you to go into new trails, to pursue different goals and to join other people to explore and look for overcoming, for that we also invite you to discover and enjoy our episodes, in which you will also find that inspiration and spirit of adventure.

Where does the Puro Pirineo Gravel – Pachamama take place?

The Puro Pirineo Gravel – Pachamama runs through the Benasque Valley, starting and finishing in Benasque.

Are there refreshment points?

Yes, you will find four refreshment points on the long distance and three on the short distance.

Will the route be signposted?

The route will be signposted with arrows at the main crossroads. It is highly recommended to carry the track loaded on your GPS.

What tyre width do you recommend?

We recommend a width of 40c.

Can I participate with a mountain bike?

Of course you can! You can participate in the race in non-competitive mode with a MTB in both the long and short distances.

Can I participate with an Ebike?

Of course you can! You can participate in the race in non-competitive mode with an ebike in both the long and short distance.

What is the highest point through which the race passes?

The highest point is the Collado de Sahún, between the valleys of Benasque and Chistau, at an altitude of 2,000 metres.

What distance does the title of Aragon gravel champion award?

The first Aragon gravel champions will participate in the long distance, except for the Junior category, who will compete in the short distance.

Is it a competitive test?

Yes and no! You can participate in the PRO race which is competitive or in the NON COMPETITIVE format at your own pace.

Do I register in the PRO or NON COMPETITIVE category?

If your goal is to compete, sign up for the PRO category, but watch out for the cut-off times! This is a UCI race and we expect you to ride very fast. If you want to enjoy a great day of cycling in spectacular surroundings and without rushing, sign up for the NON COMPETITIVE category.
